Refund policy

Please review the following return and refund terms before initiating a return for any used or refurbished equipment.

Return Period

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 45 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after 45 days will not be accepted unless authorized in writing by Vendariqon Machine Supply.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in the exact condition as received.
  • All provided accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
  • A valid proof of purchase or invoice is required.
  • Custom-configured or modified machines are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned at the sender’s expense.

Authorization & Return Procedure

Before returning any equipment, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by contacting sales@vendariqon.com.

  • Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the machine’s current condition.
  • Once approved, we will provide return freight instructions.
  • Approved returns must be shipped within 30 days of receiving the RA#. The RA# must be clearly marked on the bill of lading or shipping label.

Restocking Fee

25% restocking fee applies to all returned machines and parts. This covers receiving inspection, mechanical testing, and administrative processing. Machines returned with new damage or missing components will incur additional deductions from the refund total.

Shipping & Freight Responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for all return freight and shipping costs.
  • Vendariqon Machine Supply will only cover return freight if the wrong item was shipped due to our error.
  • For approved warranty repairs, Vendariqon Machine Supply will cover the outbound return freight back to your location after the repair or replacement is completed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your equipment arrives damaged from transit or is materially incorrect:

  • Note the damage on the freight carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
  • Contact sales@vendariqon.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order details.
  • We will review the claim to determine eligibility for a replacement, repair, or refund.

Refund Processing

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned equipment, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method.
  • Standard processing time is 5–7 business days after inspection, but full bank clearing may take up to 6–8 weeks depending on your financial institution.
