Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Orders with cleared payment received before 4:00 PM Central Time (CT) will enter the processing cycle the same day.
- Standard order processing and warehouse handling time is 1–3 business days.
- If an order requires additional payment verification or encounters a stock delay, you will be notified via email.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the destination and the equipment ordered.
- Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days in transit via standard carriers (UPS, USPS, FedEx).
Freight Delivery Requirements
Large equipment ships via commercial freight. Your location must be equipped to receive heavy freight.
- Business Dock Delivery: The standard and most economical method. Requires a loading dock at least 48 inches high and accessible to a 53-foot semi-truck. The carrier will unload the equipment at dock level. Inside delivery, unpacking, and debris removal are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Curbside/Liftgate Delivery: Required if no loading dock is available. The carrier will use a liftgate to lower the equipment to ground level curbside. The driver will place the shipment as close to the building entrance as safely possible. Final placement and unpacking are the buyer’s responsibility.
Free Shipping Terms
- Items marked with “Free Shipping” include standard Business Dock Freight Delivery within the 48 contiguous United States.
- If your location requires a liftgate and it is not selected or paid for at checkout, additional carrier fees will be billed to you before the delivery can be completed.
- Remote or restricted access delivery areas may incur additional surcharges. You will be contacted for approval prior to shipment if these apply.
Receiving & Inspection (Action Required)
You must inspect your freight shipment upon arrival, prior to signing the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading (BOL).
- Visible Damage: If there is visible damage to the packaging or machine, you must write “Package Damaged” clearly on the driver’s delivery receipt before signing.
- Severe Damage: If the equipment is severely damaged, refuse the delivery, note “Refused – Damaged Item” on the receipt, and contact sales@vendariqon.com immediately.
- Concealed Damage: Any hidden damage or missing components must be reported to us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after 48 hours must be filed directly with the freight carrier by the buyer.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed to you once the shipment leaves our facility. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking data to populate in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States.
- Freight carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Oversized equipment deliveries may require specific site arrangements. We will contact you if special routing is necessary.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking indicates your shipment was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to verify the delivery drop-off location. If the carrier cannot locate the shipment, contact sales@vendariqon.com so we can initiate a formal trace and claim with the carrier.
